In May 2025, we successfully partnered with an agricultural enterprise in Cyprus to deploy a custom-engineered micro-fog system for targeted pesticide application in their orchard. The client required a highly efficient and precise solution that could ensure thorough coverage of their tree canopies while optimizing water and chemical usage.
Our technical team designed a system specifically tailored to the farm's layout and crop type. The solution featured a network of strategically placed nozzles capable of generating a uniform, ultra-fine fog with droplets in the 10-50 micron range. This ensures the spray penetrates dense foliage and coats both the upper and lower surfaces of leaves, significantly improving treatment efficacy. To withstand the demanding farm environment and corrosive chemicals, we constructed the entire system using the highest-grade, corrosion-resistant materials, including stainless steel fluid paths and ceramic nozzles.
