The principle of efficient mechanical evaporation is to use a special atomizing nozzle and a super strong fan to combine mechanical force to crack the water pressure into 50-150um fine mist droplets.Through the ciroumferential rotation of the equipment,the fne water droplets are evenly thrown into the air.Compared with natural evaporation,this evaporation method greatly increases the specific surface area of the fine water droplets.Due to the increase in the surface area of the water droplets,it causes rapid evaporation of water under natural conditions.Under normal conditions,water droplets can evaporate within a flight distance of 8-10 meters.The particles that have not completed evaporation and have completed evaporation crystallization fall into the evaporation pond by their own gravity,ciroulate and evaporate sequentially,and finally the evaporation pond becomes a salt pond,where dry salt is disposed of by burial or other means.
