Floating mechanical atomizing evaporator:the equipment is erected on the buoy and installed on the water surface of the evaporation pond for atomizing evaporation.
1. The power is 22KW,and the evaporation water per hour is about 3-15m.
2. The power consumption is low,and the continuous working ability is strong. All the seals of the equipment are equipped with maintenance-free equipment. The device can ensure continuous operation for 10,000 hours under normal conditions without stopping,and it can be overhauled once a year.
3. The water is broken into small droplets with a particle size of 100μm by a high-speed rotating nozzle to form a fog map,which is evaporated by natural weather conditions,with high evaporation efficiency.
4. Install it on the water surface of evaporation pond to ensure that all unevaporated liquids or pollutants are controlled to fall back within the permitted range. Will not cause any pollution to the outside world.
Evaporative sprayer system is used in many fields,including medical and chemical industry,petrochemical industry,including mining,food industry wood processing,electric power industry and urban sewage treatment plant.
It can realize PLC centralized control,wireless network monitoring and remote control.
Atomizing evaporator is widely used in the field of zero discharge of sewage. The evaporation system has low investment and treatment cost in zero emission process.
