Mongolian Dry fog dust suppression project

In September 2025, we successfully implemented a customized dry fog dust suppression system for a major steel plant in Mongolia, addressing their critical need for effective airborne dust control in their production facilities. The client faced significant challenges in maintaining air quality and operational safety across key processes including electric arc furnace operations, material transfer points, and conveyor systems.
Our engineering team developed a tailored solution specifically designed for the plant's harsh industrial environment and unique spatial constraints. The system incorporated strategically placed dry fog nozzles that generate 1-10 micron water droplets, perfectly sized to capture and settle fine particulate matter without wetting materials or equipment. We utilized heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant materials throughout the system to ensure long-term reliability in demanding steel mill conditions.
